Yum. I was just mixing chocolate powder in my rice milk today thinking it tastes like horchata but knew it was missing something: the cinnamon! I'm allergic to coconut so will just leave that out. I did see that Silk just came out with PureCoconut coconut milk now, so you might give that one a try, too.

I stopped into the shop on Sunday and tried one of the eucalyptus chocolates. It DID taste exactly like a walk in the groves! I don't know if I was ready for that. :) But it was fun to try.

Loving our recent box -- I'll write up a review when I'm done with all the filled chocolates, which I suspect will be quite soon. ;b The bars are already gone!

What a great article! I know how much she loved to bake pasteries. I remember watching her as a young child making papusas and that flaky cake with the condensed milk. Maybe it was becuz of her that I became the betty crocker of desserts in my family. When I lived with my 5 roomies, I used to make cakes, cookies, brownies and anything else that was a dessert and I loved watching my room mates come home with a big smile on their face when they saw whatever it was that I made on the counter. Hey, the first one, Minty Mood Mender,sounds disgusting but the second, Sweet Inner Peace', dreamy, however 'they' do say that you're ATTRACTED to WHAT YOU NEED. By the way, if you need European tasters/dummies/researchers, I'm your girl. My fav all time movie is 'Chocolat' with Juliet Binoche and Johnny Depp and chocolate is certainly a medecine that I dose myself with regularly.
Do you do any chocs with lotsa cinammon? - I'm into cinammon at the mo! Cinammon chocolate, now that sounds good, in Spanish too - Chocolate con Canela, yum!
