This one day, 3 hour hands-on class covers:
* chocolate structure and tempering
* making ganache and truffle centers
* using molds to make bon-bons
* enrobing and dipping
Offered Monday & Wednesday evenings

Cost $110
Includes notes and recipes and a take home box of chocolates you made, or a selection from our case.

No chocolate experience necessary
